Basically - Quicken is just a ledger....
So... if someone pays you via PayPal - you collect the money in your account,

and then download the transactions, just like from any other banking account.

If you are looking to actually accept CC at point of sale - then you need to setup some CC merchant account, like with Square or other "terminal" providers.

You don't. You need to set it up with your bank or get QuickBooks.
