How do I log into my Dell Financial Services account.

When I try to log into my Dell Financial Services Account I get an error. i have confirmed that I am using the correct ID and Password. Please help!

    Much more info needed in order to assist you.
    What Q product are you running?  What country?  What Build of Q? (Do HELP, About Quicken for this last piece of info)
    What's the exact wording of that error message?  Any code associated with it?
    And, what's the exact name of Dell that you're using.  And what type of account at Dell?

    Well - you don't "log into your account" -
    You can have Quicken create or "Add" an account and then have transactions from whatever this Dell Account is - downloaded into Quicken to reflect your account status.
    Quicken is like a checkbook register - with various entries from your various real world financial accounts...
    There are 3 Dell financial entries within the Qucken configuration...
    You really need to tell us more -

    NOTE, that I'm not asking for the complete ID or pwd ... just the special characters therein.

    Steps:

    Bills & Income tab
    > Add
    > Online
    > Dell Financial Services
    > Input correct username and password
    > Error

    Account: Dell Preferred Account
    Password: It does have special characters
