How do I create a listing of line item rates to choose for invoicing

I am trying to create a list of line item rates that I can choose from when creating invoices. Anyone know how to do this?

It is possible to select from a list of user-defined rates for product, materials or labor et al.As I understand your want, after creating a new invoice, you would like to go to the "Item" pull-down, generate a popup list of user-defined rates associated with products/services/labor/whatever. See image 1. From that list, you wish to select and auto populate the remainder (to the extent possible) the rest of the invoice line.These line item rates can be defined by creating new or editing existing entries. See image 1 and 2.Does that help?
