Is there a way to designate a paycheck is current employer or former employer?
Tiani99
The older versions I have used before allowed to choose former or current employer. I need to be able to have an end date for my past paychecks as I am doing an audit. Thank you

Q will let you input the Employer name ... but not whether that employer is current or prior. You could, conceivably, have 2 part time jobs, and thus 2 simultaneous employers.
When/if you change employers, just create a new Paycheck reminder transaction with the new employer's name.

Well, you can specify the actual employer name in the transaction. See graphic.
But if you have multiple employers in the same tax year, you'll probably want to assign TAGS to the various categories in that paycheck, so that you can create separate reports for each employer.
I didn't see any way to designate current vs former employer.
