Enter Password Twice - Quicken Mac?

Has anyone else experienced being asked for a password twice while opening a new Quicken Mac file? I've had this happen several times, although restarting the program seems to make the issue go away for a while.

    I have never seen this, and am opening multiple versions of Quicken on a daily basis.
