Error in sign in

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
All of the sudden when trying to open gives me an error: your system has brocked quicken from accessing the following file c:\users\pedroperolini\appdata\roaming\quicken\data\qw.rmd.
I do what it says to do, restart but still the error persists.
Please help. Thanks.

Just delete c:\users\pedroperolini\appdata\roaming\quicken\data\qw.rmd.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 106
