Savings Goals Have disappeared

I have a Quicken for Windows subscription I have now experienced the disappearing Savings Goals problem twice, once about two months ago, and again today. First time I reselected all of the goals and rebuilt all the amounts from memory -- a two hour process. This time I followed Sarah's instructions to validate and repair the original file, and then I made a copy and validated and repaired it. Closed and opened Quicken five times. Savings goals are still missing from the Planning tab in all views. Savings goals are critical to my planning and they are the reason I go to all the trouble of having a Windows virtual machine on my Mac (since Quicken for Mac stupidly doesn't offer savings goals). This glitch in the current Windows program is a fatal flaw for me. Please advise.
