How do you change the financial year date for budget

I currently have a financial year form March to February for some reason. How to i change it to calendar year?

Cannot say for certain as I've never used, but here is the calendar control.

Thanks but yes I tried this but it does not seem to change the current budget year, still goes from Mar -Feb
