Money Fund double counting of cash/value in investment accounts

Using Quicken Premier 2019 for Mac.
In a Merrill brokerage account, have a money fund with a valid symbol (TMCXX), that most of the time is priced around $1 per sh. Theoretically could get gated I guess. When I import this account, the value is counted twice apparently, once as a 'regular priced security' and again as a cash position, which can't be edited.
Anyone know how to get Quicken to handle this correctly

Presumably there was a cash transfer or cash in the account and then a "Buy" transactionf for $1. How do those transactions look? Is cash deducted after a transaction?Quicken user since 1994.
