How do I find Register

I have installed Quicken Deluxe 2019. I use Quicken to record my checks written plus any online payments. I also record any deposits. I reconcile Quicken to each monthly bank statement. I do mot want to be connected with any bank. I do not care about any other features. Did I purchase the wrong Quicken? I cannot find how to get to Register, would someone help me please?

If, before installing Q 2019, you have been using an older version of Quicken for Windows, you can access the Quicken data file from that older version and use it in Q 2019.

How Do I Move Quicken Data Files Between Computers?

The recommended (and default) place for Quicken data files is in
C:\Users\_your_username_\Documents\Quicken.

To access Quicken Help simply press the F1 key from anywhere in Quicken (or click Help in the Menu bar, then click Quicken Help).
Use the Contents tab to see the available books in Quicken Help. Click on one of the books to open it. Click on a chapter to drill down to more details.
Or use the Search tab to search using keywords, e.g., "buy security".
Some Quicken view screens may have a blue (or yellow) button with a question mark. Click it to get view - specific help.
