One of my accounts won't download from my bank

I have three accounts with Chase. Since about February 2018, one of them stopped downloading to Quicken after downloading fine for over 5 years, but the other two continued to work fine. I have checked that the account and routing numbers are correct, but Quicken says the bank doesn't recognize that account (error 2003 in Quicken Mac 2019).
So: I don't know whether to see what Chase Bank has to say about this, or delete and try to reinstate the account. Or is there some other troubleshooting tip to try?

Whatever you do, do NOT delete the account together will all its transactions. That will only make the hole you're in deeper and not achieve anything.Check if Chase requires accounts to be enabled for downloading (or "third party access") either by you on their website or by their support center.
