trying kaspersky safe money

using Kaspersky's Safe money option. This option opens a protected browser for my bank. Quicken will not update.

Is there a setting in Kaspersky to allow Q full access? Because nothing in Q can overcome this ... it's ENTIRELY a Kaspersky problem.
