I prefer PDF user manuals so I can do keyword searches. Is there such a thing for QWin 2019 Deluxe

There is no official user manual in PDF, you can use the Help function that is keyword searchable.

Or use the Search tab to search using keywords, e.g., "buy security".
Some Quicken view screens may have a blue (or yellow) button with a question mark. Click it to get view - specific help.
