quicken on the web

Quicken on the web keeps asking to enter credentials on each of my accounts. I have tried repeatedly to re-enter the credentials but it will not take, why. Everything works fine in the desktop application!

[rant redacted] I have been customer since 1999 so feel I have a right to make my voice heard.  I have the Quicken Subscription now and supposed to have access to Premium Support but can never get through to anyone and when I did I was supposed to get a call back which came but it was several hours late and they never tried back again. I several case numbers which I won't leave here.
