If you open the Portfolio View - the first customize tab includes Realized Gain.

What is not clear in this view is the time interval - I'm guessing YTD ???

I did reset the calendar date back to 12/31/2018 and it displayed my results for last year.

In the reports section is there a Capital Gains/Loss report? There is in Windows, I would hope the same for the Mac version.

Nope.

But Capital Gains and Losses are part of the Tax Schedule report in Quicken Mac, so I imaging that's what most users use for this information.
