I assume you are wanting to set up a new scheduled transaction for a given number of payments. They have managed to hide the feature I think you are looking for with this latest release.
Follow the setup dialog until you get to the page shown below in screen shot SS 1.
Click the icon next to
Starting
.
You get the page shown in screen shot SS 2.
SS 2 includes the
End
feature - the default is Never.
Open the drop down box to get other options - including
After xx payments

I'm sorry, but I cannot understand what question you're asking or problem you're describing. Did you just upgrade to Quicken 5.12.1 or 5.12.2? Do you know what version you were running previously. What exactly were you able to do in the previous version, and what is preventing you from doing the same thing in the current version?

Hi Jacobs, Thanks for your reply. My quicken has been just upgraded to Version 5.12.2 (Build 512.29221.100). On the previous version I could choose the number of installments I could pay a bill. In the current version I cannot.

I am using Quicken for MAC Version 5.12.2 (Build 512.29221.100). On the previous version I could select the number of monthly installments while paying a bill. In this version I cannot.

Hello, Quicken programmers,
wouldn't it be much more meaningful if this selection were always open, showing the details on screen?
