Where does my register scheduled entry go

I have scheduled entries that were imported from Quicken Mac 2007 (I'm using 5.11 after downgrading from the terrrible update this morning) even before this downgrade, on some bills when I click on them, press cmd E and then select online payment, enter the amount and set the date, when I click pay now.. the whole line disappears and it never contacts the bank. The bill is removed from the scheduled payments and the register.

What never never land are my bills going to? It doesn't happen on all of them .

Well, it happened again today.. clicked on PAY NOW and it disappeared from my register. I had to do a new entry. Tried to call bill pay support but it's a holiday so I'll call tomorrow.
