I want to have several categories; Personal, Farm, Rental, Tastings, Lyft, Uber. How can I move exp?

How can I download from credit cards and financial institutions and move the expense and income to the right areas? Also, How do I set these all up?

You can use either of two ways to separate out and report your income & expenses.

Take a look at "Category" and also "Tags".
You don't really "move" them - they sit in their "account" and get a label pasted onto the transaction....
