Quicken Patch w5119 safe?

Two days ago, when QW Subscription started it asked if I wanted to install "quicken.Patch\w5119\self update.sup".
After the May release, I am reluctant to update QW. This is second I have refused. The description is not tied to any published update I see for QW subscription.
Is this one safe?

You already asked a similar question about a previous updateNone of us here at the Community are familiar with the numbers (w4429, w5119) you mention ... at least I am not ... and the Quicken programmers haven't responded yet, either.1) Can you include a screen image snapshot of the popup message you are receiving? I'd like to see it.2) Usually I get a Windows UAC prompt asking if "Quicken" is allowed to make changes to the system. I allow it to proceed.
I have upgraded my Quicken 2019 to R 21.16 and encountered no ill effects from the programming changes made by Quicken.
