Manual Downloads from Ally

A year or two ago, one-step update stopped working. Ally changed something which meant every transaction downloaded wasn't tied to my current account in Quicken. After much hassle, I gave up and instead just manually downloaded Quicken format transactions from the Ally website. This worked for a long time.
Starting two weeks ago, manual downloads are not working. When the file is opened by Quicken, I get the error -
"Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. Please try again later."
I currently have transaction history for this account since I opened it in 2015, so I really dont want to start over with one-step update as I think that only goes back 6 months.
Please help.
