Account ledger showing up as a blank box

The account ledger is not showing up and is a blank box. This started sporadically, now it is with all accounts. Functionality like reconciliation is available, just not displaying the ledger. r21.16.

Backup your file. Complete a Validate/Repair under File Operations and note if anything shows up in the log. Check behavior of the Register after that. If it continues, recommend Quicken Support contact.Quicken user since 1994.
