Delete Quicken Cloud Accounts and Files

There used to be a link under preferences to manage accounts linked to this ID, but it is no longer there, so the current knowledge base solution doesn't work for me. Is there another way to view and manage them? I have a few old files I want to clean up.

Hmm, on mine at least there is a link at the bottom of THAT very screen that says:

Cloud accounts associated with this ID (3)

Which is a clickable link to the file management screen for cloud synching.

Are you sure you have more than one account linked to that ID?

You could try signing out of your Quicken ID for that file, closing Quicken, and then restart and re-sign in. But I don't think that will change that....

Hey thanks for the reply, but the reason is that there is only ONE cloud account linked to my Windows version, the others are all Mac versions (mostly because I create a new Mac version when new features are available).

If you want to delete the last cloud account in Windows, create a new Quicken desktop file with nothing in it, setting it up for Mobile when asked.

Then you can delete the previous cloud account and only have the empty one hanging around with no real data in it.
