For online billers, where does Quicken pull the biller information from?

I have online biller for Chase...the name is Chase but has also added a name to the account which is not my name. Any ideas?

That's a great question and thank you for taking the time to share it with the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
When adding an Online Biller, the login credentials are provided and the online biller server logs into your account at that billers website to obtain your account and bill information.
If you are seeing data listed that you do not recognize, I would recommend contacting
Quicken Support
for the best assistance as Support has access to internal resources and tools that the Community does not.
