Syncing budget with windows and app

My wife and I sat down and did our family budget for the month of September based on Ramsey's idea of doing the budget at the begining of each month instead of just reveiwing it at the end. We loaded up every expense we could think of into the planning/budget feature on the desktop version and were very happy with our work. Afterwards I synced the mobile to reflect our new budget and it appears as though it is giving priority to the online/app version because it erased the work we did on the desktop and replaced it with the old data from the web. Does anyone know if there is a solution for this? I am using Quicken 2017 Rental Property Manager Version R19.5 Build 26.1.19.5
