Why am I getting "An error occurred - Unable to check for updates, the server file failed to load."

I clicked on "Q" icon to start Quicken as I done in the past and get this Error.
It only allows me to "Close" error message. When I do, "Q" dies.
I need Quicken now. Help! :/
