Ol-323-a errors with sync. Online download issues now ongoing for several months

I've been having download/sync issues with my financial institutions for several months. After 4 calls to customer support, they've straightened most but not all of the issues. New issues keep popping up. new OL-323-a and cc-501 issues. Quicken - Can you PLEASE assign people to the backend of your programming to permanently FIX these issues. I'm paying good money for your services and I expect consistency and reliability, not now present. PLEASE FIX YOUR DOWNLOAD/SYNC ISSUES.
