can the status column be edited?

for some reason the program is not updating 2 older checks to "new match". I manually entered the checks and I can see on my account statement that they have cleared.

    The Status column is not the Clr column. It’s not “clear,” heh, to which the OP refers.

    clicking on the status column simply sorts it (both right and left buttons)
