can the status column be edited?

Sure. Just click on it.BUT, manually editing that column isn't advised. It's preferable that you simple Reconcile the account ... and let the Reconcile process change the value of that column.

The Status column is not the Clr column. It’s not “clear,” heh, to which the OP refers.

thanks to you both - especially the drink - had one and I think the program fixed itself!!2
