restore points

had to download quicken due to purchase of new computer
restore points are 2018 and older. won't let me download them because they are too old. any ideas

Q2018 is actually Quicken Subscription and the only version you can download from your account page. If your subscription is still current, you should be able to download without issue. If not, you will need to explain what you are calling restore points as this is a Windows OS recovery term.

If you were using an earlier year and can locate the installation program, you may download and the appropriate update from: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html

Otherwise, you may need to upgrade. If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-and-when-use-intermediate-version-convert-older-versions-quicken
