How do I get Quicken Premier 2013 for Windows on new computer?

I have the Quicken Premier 2013 for Windows Disc. I need to get the program onto a new computer that does not have a DVD drive. How do I do it without losing historical data?

You need a computer with an optical drive and a USB Flash drive. Copy the contents of the Quicken Premier 2013 disk to the USB Flash drive and use it to install Quicken. You can also use it to copy your Quicken data file. 

Also, download/install the Quicken 2013 R12 Mondo patch from here.

If you don't mind downgrading to Deluxe,  You can download 2013 for free using this how to convert article.  It’s under Converting from Quicken 2004-2009.
