Kohl's always wanting Verification ID

For my Kohl's store credit card, I am always being asked to confirm my Identity. Which means getting a Verification ID send to me when I download.
Can this be fixed somehow for Kohl's? I don't have to do this with any others (Amex, CapOne, Target, Lowes, Chase, etc).

I believe this is not a Quicken issue but a Kohl's issue. More and more businesses are asking to confirm your identity and I experience the same thing with Kohl's. As a result, this is not something that Quicken can fix for you5
