What is the latest version of Quicken property rental manager?

Their website has no information on it whatsoever. The general product page lists no such version and makes no mention of rental property management on on any of the shown versions.
There is a separate page talking about all the "benefits" of the rental property Quicken version but doesn't tell you which one it is, only redirects you back to the same useless general product page.

It's becoming more and more unclear in the last few years how this company is even staying in business.

In their subscription model, they don't have a Rental Manager edition, but all that functionality (tags & reports) are supposedly in the Home & Business edition.

RPM was merged into Home & Business. All of the RPM features are in the combined product.

SO, the latest version is Q Windows Subscription, Version 21.17, Build 27.1.21.17

If you bother to look here, it DOES show that H&B has "Property Management features": https://www.quicken.com/compare

I searched for the word "rental" on the page and it didn't even come up. Why would they hide it under a separate expansion section

Because H&B is not SOLELY a rental property application. You might note that "Business Features" is also a separate section.

BUT, were you unable to read to the bottom of the webpage, and unable to interpret the words "property management". It seems pretty clear to me.
