Error syncing

I'm trying to sync to the cloud but it brings up the log in window, I put in my password, it says success and then does nothing. If I close that pop up then it brings up an error saying "Quicken's Online service is unavailable a this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience." I've tried again for days and it just won't work. Any suggestions?????
