I want to transfer the catagory list to a fresh data file

We're recovering from a crash that, even with multiple backups, lost the current file. I want to start a fresh file as if I had never used Quicken before, but I'd like to use the category structure we've used in the past. I have an old copy the has the structure and have converted it to the current Quicken.
Thanks in advance.

Please disregard this question. Thank you for your help but I figured it out. Use the .QIF file export.
