Quicken Classic for Mac
Investing (Mac)
How long before Quicken for the Mac has the capability to produce IRR and ROI? Thanks
Ralph Segreto
An old version of Quicken for the Mac used to be able to calculate rates of return for portfolios and securities, yet 15+ years later the new version can't. Is this being corrected? Thank you.

With an investment account displayed, select
Performance
view - (first customize tab at top of register).
Right click in the column headers and select
Configure Columns.
Both ROI and IRR are available for YTD, 1, 3 and 5 YR.
Is this what you are looking for?

J_Mike, are you talk about QMac2019? I'm not seeing a Performance view tab.

That helps a bit but often I like to know returns for custom periods, and not just the 1, 3 and 5 year terms. Can Quicken for Mac produce a return report for March 1, 2018 to Feb 28, 2019 for a specific security or account? Thanks.

Using QMac2019 - see screen shot - top-left of register
@Ralph Segreto
I do not know of any provision to specify a custom date range at this time.
