Entries not updating in all accounts

Just started happening that it is not updating entries in any account. I had moved data to a new external drive, but it was working OK for awhile after that change.

Quicken data files are not supported when installed on drives other than internal hard drives. That includes Network drives, external USB drives or drives controlled by cloud backup software.
The recommended (and default) place for Quicken data files is in
C:\Users\_your_username_\Documents\Quicken.
Do not allow MS OneDrive, Dropbox or any other cloud backup software to directly access the active Quicken data file while Quicken is running. Instead, send the Automatic or Manual Backup copy created when you close Quicken to the cloud backup.5
