drop down list in split transactions

When I enter a transaction and split it the drop down list "drops up" so I cannot scroll through it. I have tried scrolling up on the screen and minimizing it to a smaller viewing size.
Any idea how I can fix this?

Which specific column for the Split and drop down list ?There used to be a problem/bug when doing a Split, and the entry row was "too high" on the display screen, and the larger "drop down" screen would open up, but the top would be way up and off the top of the physical screen...
You could not see/scroll the top area.
You had to carefully position the entry row lower on the physical screen before doing the Split and now the pop-up screen had more area to open up.5

It happens when doing splits in the category list. Thanks for the tip. Apparently they never fixed the bug!0

It works but I have to go down about 14 lines to do this. It is a good work around. I just had to enter a complicated transaction and I cleared all split lines for this particular transaction. The first line I entered the drop down went down. The second entry the drop down went up. Thanks for your help.0

I'm running Qwin 2018/19 subscription - R21.17 -
and somewhere along the way, the bug was fixed... yeah - it was annoying -
