If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

Running the Validate option fixed the problem.
"Quicken found a damaged scheduled reminder and removed it. Please check your scheduled reminders by going to Tools>Manage Bills and Income Reminders."0
