Why won’t Vanguard download?

All of my banking came over to I-passed version but my Vanguard accounts did not. What did I do wrong.

“I-passed version”? Need more info. Quicken version, what you did, etc.

I-pad version. Boutonnières fill changed it.

Guessing you mean - the Quicken Mobile App for iOS on your iPad -
If this is what you are talking about -
all of the account data comes from the Quicken desktop program that has been setup for Mobile Sync - and you select which accounts are to be Sync'd to Mobile
