How do I link the transactions on the replacement card to the transactions downloaded to Quicken under the old card?

Once you have the new card in hand and there has been at least one transaction ...
Deactivate the account of the old card.
Reactivate the same account. When you get to the list of accounts found at the bank, the new card should be listed. Click the ADD/LINK button and select the existing (old numbered) account register. After successful LINK, fix any duplicate transactions that may have been downloaded. You may also have to change the name of the account register if it contained a portion of the card number, e.g., "My VISA 1234" to "My VISA 5678".9
