How long have you waited before killing Quicken?A complete Sync may take many minutes to complete.
When the dialog with the error message pops up, which of the buttons did you click? Apply Now or Later?If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

Please see the error message I get. I am pretty sure that this what is causing Quicken to become unresponsive when syncing.

I suggest you reset your Quicken Cloud data set. If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/troubleshooting-quicken-mobile-companion-app0

I tried resetting cloud data. That didn’t work. The same message appeared. Quicken became unresponsive at “processing data”. I have to quit quicken with the end task in the Task Manager. Any other suggestions?0
