Trying to setup a loan and track payments

CRTL+SHIFT+H is not bringing up the loan window. what am I missing..? I just bought quicken Premier

Have you created any bank, cash, credit card, investment and other accounts already?

You need to also create the loan account(s) as of the next payment due. I recommend you set them up as "manual loan accounts", not connected to the mortgage company for transaction downloading.
