Mail system support is not available - Qwin 2017 H&B - using Outlook

...is the error message I get when I try to mail an invoice from my QWIN 2017 Home & Business Acct Receivable file.
I have not used this feature in a while, but it used to work. I have OUTLOOK as I always have had.
Anybody know how to fix this?

Quicken will not work with the 64-bit version of Outlook. You need to change to the 32-bit or upgrade to Quicken Subscription which no longer uses a local email client to send invoices.

Is Outlook your default email program? Are you using the 64-bit version of Outlook?

Yes, 64-bit 2019 Standard
