The send icon for reports does not appear to actually send a PDF. The screen responds with "sent" but it does not arrive at email address.

By any chance, is your Quicken ID a Yahoo email address?

    Just tried it - works for me - Qwin 2019 - R22.12 -
What version are you using.... --- Help --> About Quicken
I was puzzled in that it just "sent it" and didn't use any local email client or settings.
There is nothing in the Quicken Preferences....
Looked at the source code of the received email after it was "Sent" -
It appears to somehow use the Quicken.com domain and email servers to actually send out the physical email...

Works for me, too.  R22.12 also.
