Options for dates for deposits/expenses

Social Security is deposited 2nd Wed of every month, don't have this option. Did have it in Windows version.

    On the 2nd panel, where you set the schedule when setting up a scheduled transactions, click the little triangle to the left of "Starting". That will open up the details where you can set up the 2nd Wed of every month:
