turn off specific security pricing
Dennis@
Is it possible to make a default price on a security 1 instead of 0? I have download pricing turned off and every new transaction prices at 0. If it would just price at 1 I wouldn't need to keep editing the price I have set to NOT download.

That is not possible. You cannot set a default price nor can you prevent Quicken from entering a price from a price-related transaction (Buy, Sell, Reinvestment, etc.). That source of a price is totally separate from downloading prices via Quicken's data suppliers. It is also possible that your FI is feeding a $0 price to the data file.
I don't understand what transaction would lead to a price of $0. Sounds like you or your FI are doing something unusual.
