When I open any of my quicken files, it loads and then freezes

I am running Quicken 2019 on Windows 10. I can open any of my quicken files but after the home page loads, the program freezes. I cannot click on any item or even close the window. All was fine until today.

Start Q without opening a file by holding done the CTRL key when you double-click on the Q program icon.

Then, File->File Operations->Validate and Repair selecting one of your files to validate.

When done, close Quicken and start normally.
