Can I use Quicken 'Home and Business' for rental property management or should buy 'Rental Property

I have been using the "home and Business' for years. Now I am getting into Rental properties at a small scale. Would it be wise to use my present software or buy 'Rental Property Manager software?
Please help!!

What version of Quicken are you using? If it's Quicken Subscription (2018 and later), it already includes Rental Property in Home & Business.
