taxes for current year
Terrence Pohl
I have the latest version of Quicken, but it still only accepts tax entries for tax year 2018,
with no option to change it. This problem has existed for many years......

Please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us what Q Product, and BUILD of that product you're running?
Also, elaborate upon your process for inputting those tax transaction. Because I input 2019 tax transactions all of the time.

The properties show that I have Quicken 2017, but I did down load the latest version this year. You can check that I paid for it. The version did not change after the download. The version shouldn't matter. I have an old, obsolete,
version of Microsoft Money that allows me to choose the tax year.

"but I did down load the latest version this year"
Downloading isn't, of itself, sufficient. Did you INSTALL the downloaded product?
Because HELP, About Quicken doesn't lie about the build you're running.
AND, I can't check anything about your payments. This is a USER-TO-USER forum and I'm another user ... not a Q employee.
Lastly, you never answered HOW you're inputting those transactions ... so we can't help until we understand what's happening.
