how to create report using tags

can't figure out how to pull a report using tags. I don't see a "tag" in the reporting section

No tags in reports in Starter Edition, you need Deluxe or higher.

Also check out the Banking > Cash Flow by Tag report, which is very flexible, and in many of the reports you can click on the gear to customize then filter on selected tags.
