How do I reinstall Quicken 2015 on a new computer

trying to reinstall Quicken 2015 on a new computer but keep an error message when the program tries to open. Requests a reentry of Quicken user name and password but won't accept valid logon credentials

It is probably asking for
Intuit
credentials rather than
Quicken
credentials.
Applying the patch referred to by Greg_the_Geek will solve that.
